Return Policy

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt. To start a return, contact us at contact@glaciaura.com with your order number and reason for return. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
